My First Impressions when entering the hotel
I visited the hotel during the Christmas holidays. The lobby was well decorated and full of holiday atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the hotel is beautiful. One of the things that really stood out to me about this hotel was its fantastic location.

My room
I used my suite night upgrade for the stay and I was upgraded to the best room room type of the hotel - Ambassador, Club lounge access, 1 Bedroom Larger Suite, 1 King, Garden view, Balcony.
The suite was spacious and offered a beautiful garden view from the balcony. The separate living room and bedroom provided ample space and privacy. The decor was traditional and elegant, with a touch of local Chinese culture.
Conclusion
Overall, I would recommend the Ambassador Suite at Sheraton Grand Xishuangbanna Hotel for those looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the region. The Club Lounge access is a nice perk, and the staff is generally attentive and helpful.
