Hotel Review: Orientbank Hotel Istanbul, Turkey - Autograph Collection

Visited in November 2022.

My First Impressions when entering the hotel

I recently stayed for several nights at the Orientbank Hotel Istanbul in Turkey, which is a high-quality hotel located in the historic old city area. The hotel used to be a bank and was later converted into a hotel. The interior has luxurious decor and facilities, and it's very conveniently located.

Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately drawn in by its atmosphere. The chandeliers in the lobby are very glamorous, and the entire hotel is exquisitely decorated, filled with local character and cultural ambiance. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they are always ready to offer assistance and suggestions to make my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

My room

I was upgraded to the best room type, the Executive Suite, which is located on a high floor in the corner. My room was spacious enough, not too big, but very modern and luxurious with a comfortable king-size bed and a small living room. The room also had complete amenities such as an LCD TV, mini-fridge, safe, and air conditioning.

Pros and Cons

The hotel's location is very convenient, and many local attractions and famous tourist sites can be reached within a few minutes' walk. If you need to go elsewhere, the hotel also offers car rentals and airport shuttle services, making it easy for guests to travel around.

The hotel restaurant offers a variety of breakfast choices, including local specialties and international cuisine.

The hotel room is a bit small for a suite, at only 45 sqm.

Conclusion

Overall, my stay at the Orientbank Hotel Istanbul was very pleasant.
