This restaurant is located on the third floor of Jewel Changi Airport, connected to Terminal 1 of Changi Airport. In my opinion, this is the most beautiful mall in Singapore.
There are many restaurants in Singapore that serve sour fish soup, but this one is my favourite. The sour fish soup is fresh and delicious, with a blend of sour, spicy, and salty flavours in one pot.
The side dishes are also exquisite, and the dining environment is clean. I especially like to have tofu, bamboo shoots, and enoki mushrooms with my sour fish soup. As for the side dishes, I prefer spicy and fresh squid, as well as some garlic pork belly. Their hibiscus and dried tangerine peel tea is also very good.
I would definitely come back to this restaurant and recommend it to friends. The location is also very convenient, and even transit passengers have the opportunity to come and taste the food.
