When traveling to Taiwan, eating is definitely a major highlight. In the capital city of Taipei, you can find all kinds of restaurants offering cuisine from around the world. Personally, I prefer Japanese and Chinese cuisine.

During my last trip to Taiwan, a friend introduced me to a restaurant without a menu, which I really enjoyed. The restaurant has limited seating, so reservations must be made in advance.

Zi-An Sushi's characteristics are:

Fresh ingredients: Zi-An Sushi uses the freshest ingredients, including fish, shellfish, seaweed, and vegetables, to ensure that each dish retains its best taste and texture.

Exquisite craftsmanship: The sushi chefs at the restaurant have been trained for many years and have accumulated experience in skillfully handling ingredients to make delicious sashimi and sushi.

Unique flavors: Zi-An Sushi not only uses traditional Japanese cooking methods, but also emphasizes innovation and fusion to make the dishes more rich and diverse in taste.

Comfortable environment: Zi-An Sushi's environment design is simple and comfortable, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere that allows customers to enjoy their food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Overall, Zi-An Sushi provides customers with a high-quality Japanese cuisine experience with its high-quality ingredients, exquisite craftsmanship, unique flavors, and comfortable environment.
